Chamonix Snow Report 01 March 2018

We got a lot of snow and wind in the air today and it could potentially make skiing a bit more challenging. Extremely high winds with strong gusts &* all across the valley wind is much calmer at the top but howling at the bottom, you can expect wind gusts between 0-45km/h in general across the valley. Avalanche risk is set to 3 so be sure to stay safe. The new snow is soft so it doesnt hurt to much falling over.

Massive thanks to the pisteurs and lift operators all around our beautiful valley who dedicate themselves to secure the mountains and making sure that we can enjoy these amazing slopes everyday, no matter what weather conditions we might be having! We love you guys!
